I am using Airtel prepaid sim (9789554906).some months ago i lost my sim.After few days i produced my proof and got my new sim on the same number.After activation i could not send the messages from my number.i called customer care number they told that “message service still not activated to your number.It will be activated in 24 hours.”After a day it was not activated.I again called customer care number so many time.they told the same storey.After some days i could not contact to customer care number.I desired to change my service provider.For that i need portability number for my sim.I could not get that number also.
