Hi All,
This is to draw your attention towards a very bad and unfaithful experience I had an Institute named “CF INDIA PORTAL,Climb First Consultancy pvt.Ltd”. I enrolled for UGC-NET(Comp.Sc.) Coaching classes on 21 Nov 12.I had paid a fee of Rs.10090/-. I was promised that the lecture with full study material would be provided. And I was promised that if I be unsatisfied, the paid amount would be refunded. I attained ten lecture classes without any study materialand, the lecture classes were unsatisfied. I inquired other students these were diffrent courses, they were also unsatisfied.
When I complained against lecture classes and non-availablity of study material on telephone at student care centre, I was promised to wait 2-3 days. After 2-3 days again promised to wait. I had given a writen application to refund the paid amount. No action was taken by the service department. Till to-date neither study material was provided nor fees was refunded.
I think all staff including Head are cheater, untrustworthy and unfaithful. They are only money maker to make the students fool.
I would need a full refund of the paid amount.
And request you to look into this matter, so that other students can be saved from such type of cheating istitutions.
