please get my problem solved. get the compressure replaced and amount taken to be refunded
The above vehicle was under breakdown for AC failure. I made a complaint in Varanasi. Heigher varanasi staff attended and charged the drier filter assuring that the
problem is solved.
The vehicle moved for 50Km and compressor seized. It clearly shows that the compressor was mishandled by them.
I made a complaint to Mr Rishi Pathak ( Business Head) and wanted to understand the life of the compressor and about incident. Quoting his reply here ” There is no
guarantee of compressor, it may work for 1 hr or for 5 yrs” . Do you think this is a justified reply? I have paid a huge amount and if it fails to work in 1 hr. It is
not at all acceptable.
I can assure that the compressor was not opened by any other mechanic other than Heigher mechanic.
I want you to please understand, that in 2003 , I was the first man in varanasi to come forward and use your AC.
I also want to let you know the running status of my bus. It is running from august to March as this is the season. Apart from this from Jan to March , AC is not being
used.
If compressor gets damaged in such short interval, I would like to say that your product is not reliable and is hugely impacting my business.
Earlier also in one bus UP65H9090 the compressor was seized and after making the payment of Rs 65000(cost of compressor), the compressor was changed.
You also claim 1 year monthly free service. Can you please provide me dates when normal free servicing (without breakdown) was actually given to me.
I also wanted to bring to your notice that I am also using a bus air conditioning of SIDHWAL REFRIGERATION since 2003 in other body fabrications and have no such
complaint till date.
Also to add, during my association with you (2003-2012) , I have dealt with you for 14 vehicles and only with my reference , I have also associated two reputed
companies ELITE HOLIDAYS and SILK ROADLINES and given you best deals.
Inspite of all this the ill-deal of your alliance Heigher Refrigerations Business Head , Mr Rishi Pathak was very disappointing and discouraging.
Please look into the matter seriously and do the needful immediately.
