Sir/Madam m vinitha from mangalore. My mobile number is 9964887269. As per your message i recharged for rs 26 data pack for one month with 1GB for 30days. After i recharged i didnt get this offer. Instead some other call offer was activated which was never mentioned anywhere in any one of that message. So i called customer care they said we need to mention as data pack when we recharge. Today when i called they said there’s no offer as such at all, whereas i got that same message about same data pack offer just now also. Sir airtel company is cheating the customers by sending fake messages. Please help me in this matter.
