Name of company/service: idea

i had call to cust care to raise complaint for DND . As i was still receiving call from non idea services i had raise complaint for it on 20 oct 2012 the complaint number is 24185822 .they not able to resolve the complaint from 3 months when i call to cust care 198 or 12345 they say that it in process .
my number is 9594062656
