cheated by Vodafone

I have got a Vodafone Post Paid connection since last One and half year.I went to Dumdum Motijhil Vodafone store to surrender the connection but a customer service provider advised me to transfer this post paid connection to pre paid connection.I deposit the rest amount of my post paid connection and I also submit the letter mentioning my request as I told to do so.On 10.12.12 I got the pre paid sim from the same store and was told that no out going call will be done from that post paid number and my pre paid number will be activated on 12.12.12.But nothing had happened and on13.12.12 I gave a call to Vodafone customer care and they sent me sms where they send my complain no i.e.1239539240 and wrote that within 14.12.12 the problem will be solved.On 14.12.12 I gave a call again and I came to know that with in 17.12.12 my problem will be solved .Again on 17.12.12 I gave call twice to customer care no.and a customer care service provider Ritika told that with 24 hours My problem will be solved.
Today is 19.12.12 and I did not get my connection .i am a service holder I cant able to communicate with others.My family members are sick and I can not communicate with them also in emergency cases.

I am requesting you to take my case seriously and do the needful
