dear sir/madam,
I booked a flight on 10th dec 2012 through makemytrip.com in an air india flight. my flight was from patna to reach new delhi at 2.05 pm. Then at 4.45 pm from delhi to bangalore. Now they have preponed the flight by 15 mins and it will leave delhi at 4.30pm. Due to a very important and busy schedule in delhi i am afraid that i won’t be able to catch the flight at 4.30. so i requested both the comopanies to refund my ticket amount without any deductions because the rescheduling has been done by them without my consent . Both the companies did not entertain my request.
so i urge the consumer forum to take strict action against these companies.
