I can’t make or receive calls from past 6 days. I have made so many
complaints to customer care and sent emails to [email protected]
but my problem has been solved.
Customer care says problem will be solved in 2 days but it has been 4
days still nothing has been done. I am fed up.
Listen@tatadocomo says because they couldn’t contact me (which is my
problem) they have successfully closed the complaint.
Details: unable to make\receive calls or sms though I can view all the
contacts on the sim (so I think sim is in good condition) and sim
shows strength of signal. The operator name is not available instead
“emergency” is shown.
I am afraid since making a dummy sim will deny my starter offer in
which I get daily 100sms free.
Its very urgent. Please do needful on priority basis.
