unsatisfactory response

my name is gaurav kumar sinha and i m working in sbi at madhepura bihar.i have bought micromax fun book from nearby shop named shona communication on 2nd of december 2012.within three days i noticed that my funbook is not charging properly which i immediately went to the same shop regarding my complain on 6th of december 2012.further the shopkeeper send it to service centre of micromax..i enquired about d progress of my fun book den the man at service centre told me tht your charging pin has been broken and this would be changed only if you pay for this.i immediately called to the custoner care but they naratting me that we are giving warranty on only hardware and software issues not for any damages.my question is if they gave warranty on hardware and software issues then why not they change my charging pin.this is broken or not….how do i know….they told me that it is done by my misshandeling so they are not liable for this
sir i m extremely dissapointed by the service of micromax….instead of giving me proper service they just passing the buck….so i kindly request you to please look my matter so that i can get the proper justice
