extra bill

i have a vodafone postpaid sim no.9823626277 and in last three months ago i activatea 2g gprs pack of rs. 98 which givs 600 mb net for 1 month my postpaid bill will comes in 5 date of each month and i have activated gprs pack at date of 15 so vodafone not inform me that due to bill comes on 5 th date of month only 20 days pack will be apply and pack benefit of 600 mb will not fully usable and also not inform that the pack benefit gprs balance will expire and at last i have shock when i have a bill of postpaid worth rs. 2700 and i am also complaint to vodafone care but no action is taken on it so i have request you to cut the extra charges of gprs net from bill so i will pay it…..
