Name of company/service: MTS Mblaze
I have purchased this MTS Mblaze connection in advance rental for 3 months as per traffic plan I should get a speed of 3Mbps but I hardly get 100Kbps sometimes 1Kbps, 2kbps etc. I have complained many times to customer care but they do not take any action, Ones they have agreed that there are too many connections in the area and they. now it has been two months and I can hardly use the connection for anything. I am really feeling being cheated.
