I’ve ordered a cell phone from a website www.timtara.com worth Rs8990/-

Timtara.com says that your order will be delivered within 3 weeks. Since last 1 week I’ve been calling them up to give me the shipment details but they’re denying with N number of reasons It’s been 3 weeks completed and i still haven’t received my order yet.
I had placed my order on 12th of november, the deadline was 3rd december. I called them yesterday and still they said wait 1 more week. What is the reason ?customer care has no answer to the questions. Can you please help me out at the earliest ? my order number : 10353284 …. The customer care hangs up the phone or keeps a mum when called.. We’re worried bcoz we’ve paid in advance. Please help URGENT !
