Hello my name is Shakeel and I am using idea sim in ma mobile .(9743414752) . On October 29th 2012 I received a promoting sms from idea which quoted ” u r special to us. . recharge 26rs and get 1GB internet for 1 month recharge today ! ”
I did the recharge for Rs 26 and I received a confirmatory sms telling you have free 250 mb data usage for 15 days. .immediately I called customer care and enquired about that . .they told I will get 1GB for 1 moth and it gets some time to update . next day I checked my data usage by dialing *457# it was still showing free for 15 days again I called c care they told not to worry it will get extended after 15 days . . again I called 2 to 3 times asking the same and I received the same answer .
and after 15 days that’s on 16th day (13 Nov ) it was charging for browsing and I lost 32 rupees . .
again when I called c care they told you won’t get the offer because your number is not applicable . . and your amount is not refundable .
so this is how I got cheated by ‘ idea cellular company ‘
I want idea to refund my deducted amount and pay a penalty of Rs 5000 to me for fooling and cheating me
