Charging of 100/- fine for check return charges

Name of company/service: Vodafone

My mobile no.9886934427 was charged extra Rs.100/- for check return charges for two months, but I am making payments mostly by cash all the time. I am attaching my soft copy of bills.
for the bills of the months 21-05-2010 & 21-10-2010

Thanks for writing to us. Please send us an email at [email protected] to cancel the ECS mode of payment and reverse the cheque return charges to your account.
