Meeru Taxi was called at 7:45am for travel to Mumbai airport from Thane. The taxi, (MH02WA8706, Chauffer : Mahadev, Cell No. 8108533062)reported before time but left before I could hail the taxi. I was delayed to come down from my residence with the luggage by 10 minutes. The meeru driver left without waiting & informing me. Consequent to this, I had to organise alternate transport, in the bargain reached late to the airport and missed my flight. I had to pay 11,000/- to get another ticket to reach my destination. I must be compensated by Meeru for the new ticket I had to purchase, time lost and stress.
