I purchased a Whirlpool washing machine Sl No INB 122512491 Model 11814 through CSD on 12 Jul 12.When Opened packs and started using, there is heavy abnormal sound coming below wash-mode. I complained to Whirlpool customer care center under complaint no JM 1012000326,JM1012000330 dated 20 Oct12. The Jammu customer care put the wrong address to customer care Faridabad. I again registered complaint vide JM 1012000341 on 21 Oct 12. The rep from toll free customer care talked to Jammu than confirmed that complained will attend soon but again Jammu remarked my complaint as wrong address. Udhampur is large district of J&K, one person also detailed to attend Whirlpool complaint in Udhampur. I request to whirlpool India to look into the matter immediately.
