Airtel DTH FRAUDULENCE

i made a payment of Rs.5690 for new Airtel
HD DVR settop box on oct 18 2012 as per the instuctions of customer care executive
via net banking and was promised that i will get the settop box within 24-48hrs after payment…i got my customer id on 19th oct 10 am via sms in which it was written that i will receive a call from airtel shortly…i waited 2 days for that call and i did’nt get any call…i called the cc(customer care) and told all my details like transaction id customer id address name mobile number and was told that i will get a call back after verifying my details…..same thing i didnt get a call back so i called cc again on next day and i repeated my entire problem to them again…he assured me that i will be getting settop box by the end of the day by any cost…i didnt get anything….i called the cc the next day and they gave me nodal office for the region number in my case it is hyderabad number as i was from ap but when i called them no one can speak telugu there and i told my entire problem along with all my details to them again…they also told me the same thing that i heard the last few days that my problem was mailed to the concerned dept and i will get the settop box within 24 hours and i will be getting a call back for conformation….the process repeated and finally day before yesterday one lady from cc told me that the delay was because stock was not there after 9 days of my payment and she told me that they changed the dealer and i will get it by the end of the day or the next day for sure….i still didnt get any set top box….in between i asked for refund and they told that someone will call me for refund and will guide me through the process and i didnt get that call also….iam helpless and iam not knowin how to proceed…kindly suggest a way please
