whirlpool has given defective washing machine whose major parts are replaced in span of 10 mnths.

i had taken whirlpool washing machine from one of dealer of Whirlpool.but during day of delivery its upper programming panel was not fitted properly after inquiring related to it they told its not any defect.and within period of 10 months after purchase its maximum parts has replaced and now also its not working properly.so i again called in service center they are saying you have to pay money for any other replacement in spite of warranty.my concern is why machine requires this much replacement with in 10 months.and major defect is occurred due to low skilled professionals of service center.model no 650d whirlpool white magic 123 fully automatic.dealer name viva supermarket virar east.
