Complaint against Tikona Digital networks

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks

Tikona Digital Networks is not providing services from July 2012 and we complaint multiple time about bed network problem(these are complaint number 1-2410478444,1-2405814813,1-2405783736,1-2413742615,1-2413905581,1-2414145136,1-2425492256,1-2435931406),After a month its not provide services and didn’t send any technician to resolve problem,but sending notice against bill, so plz help
