Dear Consumer Court officer,
On 18th October,2012.I paid Rs 50 to a retailer to get a top-up on my BSNL number.But at that time,the retailer informed me about the systematic error in the network due to which the balance could not be issued to my BSNL number at that time but convinced me that the balance will be issued in next 24 hours.On the very next day i.e 19th October,the retailer showed me the message of the recharge confirmation by the company’s side but i have not got the balance till now.The customer care officers are fooling me by making an excuse of systematic error.My number is 9462035705.Please revert asap.
