Poor Service from BSNL Chennai
Registered a complaint (17247169992)on 13.10.2012 for a broadband problem,without resolving the problem complaint was closed on 17.10.2012,when I called them they are giving the statement that call is closed by technical team and you need to register a new complaint only now,again they had sent a new service complaint no (17270163047) to my mobile.daily am following with them and nobody is giving any proper response or even if i ask them to connect to their senior officials to escalate the problem they are not ready to connect and trying to convince me to hold for few more days.Am totally upset with the BSNL Chennai services and feel that We did a blunder mistake by adapting BSNL line.
Hope some action is taken against the BSNL to improve the services
Let them not harrase any other customers bacause of their poor responses
