Dear Sir/Madam,
Due to the wrong information given by the AIRCEL Exectuive to me i had a loss of 700rs by purchasing AIRCEL dongle .
The Cause was :
I had been to Purchase HCL ME U1 Tab and after purchasing it i required an internet connection to browse i asked the Aircel excetuive present there
and some offer was going on in Sangeetha For AIRCEL Dongle / AIRCEL Pocket Internet ,as i was in the need for internet connection for my tab
i approached him ,he said this device is best suitable for this and he gave me the dongle i had purchased this on 18.09.2012
from that day i am not able to use this aircel internet package as that dongle does not support the Tablet. due to the wrong information given by him to me
700rs loss. and i asked them for replacement but no use , none of them are replying for my quetions.
