we have ordered a set of MicromaxQ-22 Instruments from Home Shop-18 by the name of Yogini Kharche, Indore according to offer they were supposed to send me the yellow and green instruments. but by default i got both yellow models. when i have complaint at Homeshop18 customer care they said to send us back the instruments but they were not providing any return receipt we were expecting the return shipment from their side first after one month we decided to keep that yellow colours only and opened the box pack. after 2days one of my instrument IMEI no. 911119501247734/911119501247742 suddenly stopped working there were no displays and only white screen was there. again we called at homeshop18, they suggested to send the instrument at their local service centre Akhil Traders,33/2 Choti Gwaltoli, indore theit CST/TIN no. is 23650802768. we have submitted the instrument to them on 29th of Aug after one month they messaged us to collect the instrument but they are providing Micromax Q3 instrument in place of my faulty instrument.

The matter is that we have submitted the brand New piece of Q22 yellow to them but they are returning me the old Used Q-3 instrument to me.

is this justified . the concern Person at Akhil Traders and the company people trying to cheat us. we have paid in July and still we cant use the instrument.

I need your help i m really getting so disappointed with this things. even the people not replying politely to us.
