I have loaded the parcel in vrl transport for which even the parcel actual wt.70kg but the transport had charged 120kgs and even charged misc. charges at time of delivery for i have paid double for the parcel. Even when i had complained for the over charging the transport co. and not given any satisfactory answer for my problem so please give me justice
