Unnecessary Service Activation and Deduction by Tata Docomo

Hello,
I am a Tata Docomo user with number 9028305447. From last one year Tata Docomo is unnecessarily activating any service on my number and deducting some amount (more than 30/- Rs. everytime).
Whenever I contact customer care they say that “The service has been activated by you and we can not help”, on rigorous demands sometimes they had refunded me.

But this time they activated some Movie Alert service and when asked to Customer care executives, two different executives gave two different answers about how the service got activated, and also I never got any message from the company as a benefit of that activated service. Moreover the CC executive asked me to hold for a while so that she could transfer my call to her Manger and she kept me on hold forever!!! No one entertained me thereafter.

I want my money back that has been deducted unnecessarily, and some strict action on Tata Docomo so that they stop fooling everyone like this.
