Dear Sir, We buy a product(Induction Stove) from naaptol. by ordering a phone call and we received the product by post and paid the amount. we find that the product is not working. we contact to customer care but they people are not responding than we sent a mail on 01-Oct-2012 to c.e.o of naaptol. still we didn’t receive any response. so we came to you. please do needful.
