Name of company/service: Godrej

your salesman had given us a defective fridge, i had complaint about this so many times, but your sleeping customer care services can’t be able to help me out..
i made my complaint on 18/8/12 and today it is 7/10/12
how much time you need to exchange the fridge??
i had talked to the person through whom i purchased the fridge, but now he is not working for godrej
i just want my money back or a good product which is not damaged or defective
really i must say very very very poor service
wake up… otherwise nobody will buy any product from your company
