I am Utpal Jha a Set top box user of Den Digital, get it connected in July’2012 and now for many channel no signal received massage is coming. I had complained the same to Local Cable Operator but they are not responding so I decided to complain to Den Digital, I Complained this three time to them but they are also not solving my problem even they never visited my place to see why this problem is coming my Complain No which I had made to Den Digital are 328915, 337211 and 359308.
Now I don’t want such service, I want Den Digital should refund the installation charge and take back there set top box. So that I can take some other Cable TV service provider’s service.
This is already two month passed in this complaining and complaining. I want remedy from this issue.
Please Help Me Please.
