I have ordered one dining table and one 3D shoe rack on 15th August 2012. Within one week I got a call requesting to change the dining table model as the product has got out of stock. Understanding the constraint of supply chain management I revisited housefull vashi store on 8th sept 2012 and make extra payment for the dining table which I choose as replacement. The product was delivered to me on 16th sept 2012 and they assured me that the assembly of both the product will happen within 48 hours. After n number of followup installer came for the installation on 21st sept 2012 and while unpacking the product they found that the shoe rack is damaged and agreed to install the dining table. Since they unpacked both the material at a time they took a damage note and refuse to install the 3D rack. Since then I am in touch with the housefull furniture vashi and HQ customer care. As on date neither the product is replaced neither they have given any complaint number. Each and everytime I was given few structured excuses like the server is down; will call u back in 10 mins; will send you the material in another 2 days time along with the installer.
I am fedup with all this jockers and now I wish to file a case against Housefull furniture at the earliest. Kindly guide me the process to do so. Now I need a strong action to be taken at the earliest along with the compensation.
