Unwanted Service Activation and Charged

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo

I have Tata Docomo GSM Number.
I am getiing regular unwanted calls,
Today on 3 oct 2012 i got a call from customer care ,the guy who was talking was not audible properly and then after 95 rupee deducted from my balance and again later 10 rupee more.
Without my intention this subscription is activated for me.
As per talk with customer care they are saying that you have activated this.But i did not do.
I want my balance amount which is deducted back from Tata Docomo.
