my institute is not completed my short course on time

Location/place: timarpur , delhi

i joined a short term course in starting of may 2012. At that time they told me that my course is completed within 3 months but still my course is not completed and from last one and half month they are not arranging my classes.when i asked regarding this then they told that there is trainer problem. I already submitted my full fee for this course..
