Wrong Balance Deducation

Name of company/service: DOCOMO

Sir,

Myself Subhash Mobile No. 7275248195.
The service provider TATA DOCOMO (GSM).
On 29-09-2012 company has wrongly deducted Rs. 30 from my balance and after complaining 3-4 times they refund me only Rs.14 and the balance of Rs.16 has not been refunded till date.
These dedications are there daily practice.
Please make refund my money earliest possible.
Kindly take quick action against this type of wrong activities.
