My account number is 002663 in corporation bank khatoli muzaffar nagar (bank code 1152)on 2 sept 2012.I try to withdrawal Rs 10000 from SBI ATM muzaffar nagar (sbi atm id s10d01049400) transaction was incomplete due to electricity failure and the amount of rs 10000 is debited from my account . I have submitted a complin to corporation bank khatoli on 3 sept 2012.The branch is not taken action timely after waiting of 16 days.Branch give complain no 115212000 and 2012031794 dated 19 sept 2012.sir, it is requested to you kindly do needful help.
