I’m very sorry to say this, that the customer care service of the company is getting detoriated
Last night (Sunday 30 September) I had a balance of Rs 320 (around) which got reduced to Rs. 0.10 from my number +919035098930 (Karnataka) due to some UNKNOWN reason, when I enquired about the deduction from the tata docomo world of “simplicity”‘s customer care, I was told that it was because I was using 3G data, The fact is I had 3G pack and the data charges must get deduced from that ammount (not from main balance). The worst thing is even now my account balace has 3G data but still money was deducted from main balance.
On enquring the same, the Customer “care” representative got a little confused and he threw away my call to an endless loop of “commercials” wating for the Higher authority to pick up the phone. From that point I’m unable to contact customer care as every time it’ll just disconnect my call.
I mean, seriously!! what’s going on? This is not accaptable. I’ve been a tata docomo customer for 4 years and I really had GOOD image of the company, but now it’s getting worse.
I had a similar issue on my other number, in which I lost Rs.250 and I even complained about the same, and not surprizingly, it was never refunded.
Please try to look into this matter.
