Application for complain of unnecessory deduction of amount from account

My self ansari sana samrin, living in nagpur. I am using reliance gsm card since last 5 months. They used to deduct balance unnecessarily I complaint them regularly they refund it but for the next time again they deduct it.
I request you to do the needful in this matter.
