It has been a regular practice by TATA DOCOMO to forefiet my talk time balance against some download, which i never made, every time i had some balance. I request appropriate action be taken against TATA DOCOMO and return an amount rs95.0 deducted from my account for downloading “Midnight Masti” at 0219hrs of 30.09.2012.

DoCoMo did the same thing to me. Its is common problem, the company should be penalized for these troubles causing to the costumers.
