Dear Sir/ Madam,

1. It is to bring to your kind notice that I, AJIT KUMAR, am a Indian Naval Personnel and currently posted at HQANC, Port Blair.

2. On 13 May 12 at 0811 hrs, I bought air tickets from Go Airlines (India) Ltd. (PNR NUMBER: JUNA0W, PAN: AACCG2599K, SERVICE TAX NO.: AACCG2599K ST001, MODE OF PAYMENT: CASH) from the Veer Savarkar Airport, Port Blair for 23 Aug 12. The flight details were:

But, to our nightmare the airline cancelled the flight. I was not even informed about the same. I got informed when I called up the customer care (1800 222 111) to check the schedule of the flight as we were having a connecting train from Howrah Jn Railway station to New Delhi on the same day at 1700 hrs. The cancellation of the flight gave us really shock as the journey was planned very well in advance and we were travelling with an infant, my one and four months old daughter. All the details and problems were very well and fully explained to the airline. But, all in vain.

3. Further, in order to process the refund the airline took more than a month and even for that I called up the airline many times.

4. Also, at that time the customer care told me that the airline will only be operating on all Saturdays/ Sundays. I have already booked round trip with the same. And, that time luckily our return tickets was on Saturday, 15 Sep 12 which was also booked on 13 May 12 at 0831 hrs from the same counter (PNR NUMBER: 8RZEMK, PAN: AACCG2599K, SERVICE TAX NO.: AACCG2599K ST001, MODE OF PAYMENT: CASH). I was totally hopeless and disappointed when in the early morning of 13 Sep 12 at around 0230 hrs, I discovered that Go Airlines (India) Ltd has cancelled all its flights and has no further flights till October 2012.

5. When I called them up and asked for some alternate arrangement to accommodate us in some other airline as I had to report back on duty on 16 Sep 12 before 0715 hrs. They just simply denied. At that point of time I was totally helpless as other airlines were charging very high and I was short of money. (Telephonic conversation enclosed). Then, I somehow purchased Air India ticket on-line total costing me Rs. 15,443.00. Where the same trip was booked in Rs.8,551.00 only.

6. Now, my trust from the airline is totally vanished. It is requested you to kindly fine the airline for its fraudness & harassing its passengers and pay me panelty plus the differences in the fare for the same. So, that it does not suffers its passengers in future.
