Reacharge Amount was debited twice, EXTRA amount was not credited back

My Tata photon no: 9245511800

Two months before(July 28th) while recharging my data card there was a service error but the money was debited from my account and connected was not restored.
So i recharged for second time and it was successful. But the first time debited money was not credited back to us till two months.

While contacting my bank manager, we were asked to check with Tata Photon service only.

We have created several complaints(Phone complaint no:prrg12770411, Online complaint nos:590000,593655) with Tata Photon Service center along with our bank statements but they are just closing our complaints without any actions taken.

TATA Companies are one of the biggest hit in India but customer satisfaction is not up to mark and totally disappointing its customers.

Please look into this issue and take some actions!!!!
