docomo charging double money

TATA DOCOMO making fool to user by making two offer in one cost.
he gives 600 SMS in 30rs.
and main balance In 30rs.
custmour want sms pack but he gives 24 main balance now for sms custmour again have to do 30rs recharge like this they cheating with custmour.
when call in their care they do not pick up the call
