Unfair balance deduction of Rs. 30+90= Rs.122

Hello sir, I am using Tata Docomo sim service since 2 years. My mobile. No. 9028194150.
On 01/09/2012, i got message from Docomo company ‘Hi! Your subscription to weight Loss Tips will be renewed on 2012/09/04 for 30 days at Rs. 30.’
In fact i didnt activate it in firstplace as i hav no need. But they already deducted 30 rs. for that. After that on 11/09/2012 at 12:40 they deducted Rs. 92 from my balance. After enquiring about it to customer care helpline, they said, ‘U hav downloaded a game worth of Rs. 92 ‘ I hav not downloaded any kind of Game.
Plz help me in refund of this unfairly deducted Rs. 30+ Rs. 92= Rs. 122.
