Greetings!!
I got broadband connection by name of my father: Mr Hari chand taneja, User ID: 1107143421 on 28-aug-2012, advance payment done on 26-aug-2012.
From first day i am facing following problems from tikona broadband.
1. Speed shown in Demo was 2MBPS, after activation i am regularly getting speed around 500 to 700 kbps.
2. Tikona broadband charged Rs 1000/- as installation charges , but i didnot get even new nano device, Installation engineer refused me to give new device by saying that company now does not provide new nano device. That means tikona charging Rs 1000 for just for wire and we are paying them for our harassment.
3. Speed fluctuation is pretty high between 256 Kbps to 700 kbps.
4. From last more than 10 days broadband is getting disconnected from server, without any notification or issue, always i checked with customer care i got reply every time that signals are ok from our side there can be a problem in your laptop.
5. In last 15 days i submitted following complaint & customer care assured me that engineer will visit your house, but till date nobody bothered to even act on the complaint and all complaint are getting closed at their end without any information, discussion or any visit, this shows how irresponsible their executives and management.
a. Complaint no: 1-2442584640 : Complaint closed at their end without any action or discussion.
b. Complaint no: 1-2450114124 : Complaint closer at their end without any action or discussion.
c. Complaint no: 1-2450434790 : No action has been taken till date.
6. I checked with customer care Technical help and Billing section, Technical section says that this is your first month and your billing cycle is from 15 of every month so u will get the usage data on prodata basis & u have used your all data thats why your speed has been down, Billing section says there will be not data restriction for this month. so will get 2mbps speed till 10 GB, as per Tikona i used 7GB but they dont know the reason why the speed has been reduced from 2 mbps to 700 kbps.
7. I am unable to check my data usage summary on portal, it not showing any detail, Tikona claim for data usage is absolutely is wrong Even i hardly used their broadband services on daily basis.
8. Regularly facing problem to connect on customer care executive , it takes minimum 30 to 35 mins to connect and got disconnects without any discussions.
I dont know how to proceed further with this long list of problems,
