Dear Sir
Refer policy no OOHC3000001790 issued from Tata Aig thru HSBC card. The said policy was canceled within 45 days and since then the are charging me EMI amount of Rs.992.50 total Rs.7940 has been charged and more 3970 I have to pay. If policy is cancelled then how they can charged me. I make twice complaint with TAT AIG & HSBC but so far no result.
Only promise that complaint will be resolved very soon.
Pls help me what to do.
