Samsung Mobile sold at 100 rs more than MRP

I recently purchased a Samsung cdma Mobile phone from a store in virar(W) by name Suresh electronics & mobile. The shopkeeper had erased the MRP from the box and sold me at a higher price. I als have the bill wid me. This way he must hav cheated many customers by erasing the mrp.I want to teach him a lesson and want to launch an official complaint against him
