Airtel Digital gave me a new connection worth cash payment of Rs 1840/- and 48 Hours deadline for installation.
Due to PIN Code issue, 48 hours was extended to 72 Hours and then the real HARASSMENT started. There is no proper channel for escalation in the Company and Escalation staff(Jitendra) refused to provide me a direct contact and my Call was cut 19 times in 4 days.
