I was a member of Addiction Gym, Noida (MBS Wellness Brand), Shop no. 2,3,4,5, Ist Floor, main market, sec-25, noida(opp. bal bharti school)
I had taken 4 months package for gym i.e. 1st May’12 to 31st Aug’12. My right leg was operated 2 years back, so I told gym manager, if I got pain or any problem in me leg, I’ll not able to continue with my membership and you have to either refund the balance amount or you can transfer my remaining package to some other person.
I took 4 months subscription (from May’12 to Aug’12) & successfully completed 2 months but unfortunately I got severe pain in my leg & my doctor asked me to take rest & avoid exercise. It’s very unfortunate that I am not able to continue my exercises schedule.
The manager whose name is Mr. Naveen (9873037977) told me that he will do the needful but till date I didn’t get any confirmation from him. He is not piking my phone and not replying on mail as well.
I drop the same mail to their head office but not got any response from him.
I asked him to transfer my package to one of my friend who is a member in Pacific mall branch in Ghaziabad but they refused to do it as well.
The total amount I paid was Rs. 4500/- plus taxes for 4 months. I want a refund of 2 months i.e. Rs. 2250/-.
I request you to look into my issue & give me resolution of the same.
If you need bills copy, mails copy or any other details, i would love to give it to you.
