Hi,

I would like to log a complain against TIKONA Broadbans service company. I registered for a new Broadband connection on 4th April 2012 and paid 2400 Rs. in advance as a rental for 6 months. I got the connection activated on 10th April 2012, But from the first day itself, the connection hasn’t worked at all. So I requested to disconnect my connection on 12th April 2012. Now, its more than 4 months now, I have not received my 2400 Rs. back.
