I bought an HTC Desire HD1 mobile handset in March 2012. I noticed some battery issues in the initial days, as it used to drop down from 100% to 40% in an hour or so. After 3 months from the purchase, it started switching off and then finally it worked only when its put on charging, otherwise it won’t even switch on. I gave it to customer care service centre in Chandigarh and they sent it to Gurgaon for 2 weeks. When I received it back, it had the same problem with a zero percent recovery of the problem. I don’t know what to do with this phone. I feel like I have wasted 20 thousand bucks.
Please Help…!! I want to return this piece of garbage or atleast want to get it replaced.
