I would like to inform you that i had bought a Mahindra Duro on 2-04-2012 on the Name of Harish Kumar Verma & i had submit all the documents as per company requirment & my loan got approved from HDFC bank , but after few days i got the information that by Cibil status is not up to the mark & i suppose to change the owner of the scooter , than i coprate with the company i submit my brother documents for the same & they had change all the status in there records but still not handover the documents on the name of Vinay Kumar Verma. we had requested so many time for the same but they never respond positivtly & demanding for 7000 rupess for further action which we dont have as of now and vinay verma had paid two insatllment from bank of State Bank Of Patiala . i have the insurance & temp number issued by company on my name & mentioned in the insurance that loan approved from hdfc bank.
Now we had raised our concern to Jago Grahak Jago & they inform us to contact with the company once again because we are unable to run our scooter due to documents not available & my scooter got bound in Mohali due to resgistartion not available . find the request number for your refrence. 398497.
