No response from the company after 1 week of taking money and our goods

Name of company/service: LNS packers and movers

Dear Sir/ Ma’am,

We had taken the service from the company for moving our belongings from Hyderabad to Cochin. The took our stuff on 15 Aug 2012, promising to deliver on 18th Aug 2012. Till now, it has not reached Cochin and also they are not picking our call. I think we have lost our belongings worth 50,000 Rs.

Request you to please take stern action against them as the company says it is ISO certified, Howver the service is of no use.
