Spare Parts not available at its own service centre.

My father owned a Suzuku Zeus 125cc Bike in 2006 from

and it has its own service center and I give the bike for the service regularly there only but as the days passed on I am unable to get some basic spare parts of my bike from there and after regular requests made they ignored them all. And recently when i went for a accelerator wire spare it was not available there and the response given by them is also not good. So due to this I am unable to get the spare and facing problems in getting my bike repaired. So I kindly request you to look into the issue and take necessary action.
